Chairu Eco Hotel offered a bright and clean room, which I appreciated after a long journey. The air conditioning provided a decent respite from the heat, a necessity for comfort. Wifi connection worked well most of the time, which was important for staying connected. However, the air conditioning unit's placement made it take much longer to cool down the room than expected. I enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the outdoor swimming pool that provided a relaxing escape. The outdoor garden area became my go-to spot for breakfast, although I noticed my extra blanket had a rather unpleasant smell. Despite these issues, the overall stay was pleasant, with helpful staff trying their best amidst the circumstances.

The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent!!! The air conditioning unit's placement was terrible, taking forever to cool the room down!!! They really should consider enhancing the ventilation and internet reliability!!!

would stay here again
The Superior Double Room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and a wardrobe. Shower was decent. The spa facilities included an outdoor swimming pool. There was a clothes rack and safety deposit box too. The body soap and shampoo were a nice touch. Really appreciated the soundproofing and the tile/marble floor.

Clean room, pleasant shower, with a friendly restaurant staff that welcomed us with a refreshing drink and allowed us to enjoy a hearty breakfast in a lovely outdoor garden area.
Can’t fault anything about it.

nice stay but needs some improvements
The staff were exceptionally helpful and made my experience seamless, especially during my late checkout due to a delayed flight. The coffee served here is a delightful highlight, truly the best I've tasted in Bolivia. I loved the charming outdoor breakfast area that boosts the overall atmosphere, making it a pleasant spot to start the day.
However, the extra blanket provided had a rather unpleasant smell.
